When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you submit, along with any information you choose to share by email, telephone or WhatsApp. We use this information to respond to enquiries and arrange requested services. Please share only what is necessary. Do not send passwords, identity documents or detailed medical records through the website form.
Website hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, browser information and access logs to operate the website and investigate errors or abuse. Ruqiya Wellness Mail connects an administrator-authorized Gmail account to WordPress through WP Mail SMTP to send website emails, including enquiry notifications and administrative messages. Visitors do not need to authorize access to their own Gmail accounts to contact us.
The Google authorization screen describes the permissions requested by the installed integration; these may be broader than sending email alone. The intended use of this connection is website email delivery. It processes the authorized account identity, authentication tokens, recipient addresses and outgoing message contents as needed for that function. Authentication tokens and connection settings are held by the website integration, and messages are processed by Google and the relevant email infrastructure.
Google user data is used only to provide this email function, not for advertising, sale of data or training generalized artificial-intelligence models. Ruqiya Wellness Mail’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. The account owner can revoke the connection in their Google Account’s third-party access settings; this can stop website email delivery until another connection is configured.

Providers may process information outside India. We do not sell personal information. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address security incidents.
