We provide Qur’an and Sunnah-based spiritual guidance, self-Ruqya education and faith-based counselling. Website articles are general educational information. These services are not medical diagnosis, psychological treatment, legal advice or emergency assistance. Do not stop prescribed treatment because of website content or a spiritual session. We do not guarantee a cure, recovery date, success percentage or a fixed number of sessions. Symptoms or reactions during recitation do not establish sihr, evil eye or jinn involvement and do not justify accusing another person. We do not claim knowledge of the unseen.
Sending a form, email or WhatsApp message is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. Availability, location, session format, duration, travel arrangements and fees must be agreed directly before booking. Home visits and online sessions depend on availability and prior arrangement. Any consultation fee and any later Ruqya session fee should be explained separately; an enquiry does not oblige you to book further services.
Ask for the applicable fee, payment arrangements and cancellation or rescheduling conditions before confirming an appointment or making payment. This website does not set a universal refund or cancellation charge. Any agreed booking-specific conditions remain subject to applicable law. You may ask questions, decline guidance or stop a session. A parent or guardian should arrange services for a child. Participants should communicate respectfully. Violence, humiliation, coercion, inappropriate contact and instructions to abandon necessary healthcare are not part of our service.
